About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our agile team focused on the development of our Workflow product. In this role, you will be play a key role in continuously delivering new features, fixing, and refactoring existing code. You will work closely with your team to ensure high-quality software development practices are followed.

    What you’ll do
    • Collaborate within an agile team to develop and maintain our Workflow product.
    • Deliver new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance and reliability.
    • Refactor and fix existing code to improve overall system quality.
    • Translate software architecture into detailed design proposals, applying industry design principles and best practices.
    • Discuss, explain, and communicate component and system design concepts to various stakeholders, including technical teams and non-technical team members.
    • Document design outcomes using well-established standards and maintain comprehensive records.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and standards.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
      What we’re looking for
      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development.
      • Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
      • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SPA frameworks like Angular.
      • Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
      • Experience in unit testing and Test-Driven Development
      • Experience with RESTful APIs and/or WCF Web Services.
      • Proficient in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
      • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Azure DevOps and GitHub.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
      • Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
