Responsible for providing virtual consultation, coaching, case management services and EAP related service coordination requested by the government point of contact. Collaborates and coordinates workplace support services designed to provide support, guidance and assistance to government agency leadership seeking feedback and recommendations for supporting troubled employees, enhancing the work environment such as strategies on building team morale, improving employee job performance and ensuring safe work environments. Provides consultation and coordination of services including limited formal referral in support of Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (DOT SAP), Drug Free Workplace Referral, employee performance, team building, training and critical incident support. Advises managers to consult agency policy and HR consultation for further consultation to ensure adherence to government policy & procedure.
Provides virtual consultation services to managers and HR partners on a range of behavioral health and workplace related topics or concerns.
Provides coordination and case management for all formal referrals including but not limited to DOT/SAP, Drug Free Workplace, and performance management issues.
Provides consultation and coordination of onsite activities such as crisis intervention services, trainings, seminars, webinars, health fair and wellness activities.
Provides education to callers regarding EAP benefits, including vendor resources, and website features.
Real time documentation to meet qualitative and quantitative performance expectations.
Adheres to all performance standards, meetings, trainings, standard operation procedures and company policies.
Responsible for maintaining call standards necessary to provide intake, consultation and follow-up.
Mentors team members and participates in activities to help build a high-performing team.
Provides Workplace Support queue coverage, live person chat coverage and back up support to triage counselors as needed.

Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
Licensure required meeting State, Commonwealth or customer-specific requirements.
5+ years post-degree experience in clinical counseling of which 2 years must include substance abuse assessment and counseling.
Strong organization, time management and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent training and listening skills.
Ability to be flexible in job duties and schedule to aid in deliverables in quality customer service and building a high-performance team.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels both within the company and with external customers.
