We are looking for a commercial and analytical individual with strong communication skills who is fluent in Polish to join our team as a Success Manager for the Polish market. This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, contributing to our overall margin growth, and providing direction to the EMEA Team while connecting with our clients in Poland.

    What You'll Do
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market;
  • Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients;
  • Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation;
  • Constantly being in contact with the publisher in order to support and respond to needs from the client's side;
  • Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions;
  • Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments.
