Your missions

We are recruiting for Sales Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Sales Account Manager for EthosEnergy, you will oversee the successful delivery of $6M - $12M of sales order input per year. Develop and execute a sales strategy and plan to be approved by the Regional Sales Director and VP of Sale for the respective hemisphere.

This position reports directly into our Sales Director for North West Europe and will support customers accross the United Kingdom.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the Region Strategy.
  • Support the Sales Director which will be driven by at all times the Regional Sales Plan and specific product development strategies to deliver on and exceed the sales plan for the region.
  • Develop strong Customer relationships to understand their drivers and goals to allow EthosEnergy develop their businesses and improve their revenues in connection to each project.
  • Provide accurate and prompt responses to Customer questions.
  • Actively manage proposal/tendering activity on behalf of the Sales Director.
  • Understand Customer’s buying processes, decision-making process and timelines.
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with EthosEnergy Customers.

Required Skills / Knowledge

  • Knowledge and understanding of Power Generation Industry (Gas / Steam Turbine knowledge preferrable)
  • Leadership skills, competencies, communication skills, track record in decision making.
  • Excellent negotiation skills & customer service skills.
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Business and commercial acumen.
  • Strong networking skills externally and internally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.

Experience

  • Previous B2B sales experience (within the Power Generation Industry preferred)
  • Related experience in Sales, education, technical and functional proficiencies.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Technical Field

Physical Requirements

  • Clean driving license
  • Ability to travel extensively.
