Qualifikation

  • Big chance you will score a “3-pointer” if you: Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
  • Have obtained some years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
  • Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools
  • fluent in German language and good command of English
  • Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working and a structured way of working.
  • The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
  • Preferably completed a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
