Job description

This is a remote position.

SolveQ is a remote-first Agile Software House that currently has 30 talented people on board: developers, QA engineers, and Project Managers. Together we build cool mobile or web applications around IoT, GPS, tracking for Clients from Norway, Poland, and the Netherlands. We focus on JavaScript and TypeScript with frameworks such as React, React Native, and Node.js.

Salary Ranges:
7 000 - 12 000 PLN net B2B + success fee

You, as a future IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Source candidates for a variety of IT roles, using a broad range of search methods,

  • Conducting a recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions,

  • Engage active/passive candidates through channels such as social media, professional networks, university career offices, etc.,

  • Help to develop talent pipelines and grow internal databases,

  • Being involved in various Culture and People projects related to ongoing growth and transformation,

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team.



Requirements

You can be the perfect match for us if you: 


  • Have experience in IT recruitment and the ability to match candidates with projects, 

  • Are an expert in all aspects of sourcing,

  • Have outstanding communication skills and a strong drive to deliver results,

  • Are a person with a proactive approach and can work effectively under time pressure,

  • are a team player who can also plan and deliver independently,

  • Speak English very well, because it is the main language used in SolveQ.
