Full Job Description

In this position you will answer incoming phone calls and emails for a consumer packaged goods brand. You must complete 2 weeks of full-time, remote training.  After training, you will continue to work remotely off of the equipment we will provide you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge and understanding of our product, policies and systems.

Answering phone calls, and emails.

Effectively multitask between phone calls and email requests.

Communication Good Verbal and Written
Customer Focused
Dependable-reliable

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Degree

Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experience is Required

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Excellent Organizational and time management skills.

Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a fast-paced consumer services setting
