Teamcenter PLM Developer

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter PLM Developer to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PLM solutions for our automotive client located in the Midwest USA. Your expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and experience in the automotive industry will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to the automotive industry.
  
• Customize and configure Teamcenter applications to meet client-specific requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain custom PLM workflows, handlers, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teamcenter-related issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective PLM solutions.
  
• Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure seamless transition to Teamcenter.
  
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLM technologies and best practices.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to PLM configurations, customizations, and deployments.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in PLM development, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
  
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and the automotive industry.
  
• Proficiency in Teamcenter development tools, including BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace.
  
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations using T4EA, T4S, or similar integration frameworks.
  
• Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and/or other relevant languages.
  
• Experience with PLM data modeling, workflows, and access control.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
