What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Segment Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and expand our footprint in the dental market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically, coupled with a deep understanding of channel go-to-market models. You will work closely with sales, product management, and external partners to deliver on growth objectives and enhance our brand presence in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services within the dental segment.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support sales efforts. Manage all aspects of marketing execution, from content creation to campaign analysis.
  • Develop segment value prop and messaging guidelines, translating research and segment needs into business insights, with in-depth understanding of customers, competitors, products, and partners.
  • Identify and lead innovation and growth opportunities that align with segment strategy and will result in sustained profitable growth.
  • Develop sales and channel partner enablement tools to generate, progress and close sales.
  • Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success and return on investment.
  • Understand and optimize the channel go-to-market model, working closely with partners to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials and initiatives comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with product management to define marketing strategies for new and existing products. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the dental segment, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to activities that drive the highest return on investment.
  • Analyze market trends, marketing campaign results, and channel performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and other appropriate internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution. Serve as the marketing expert within the company for the dental segment, advising on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on the dental industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of channel go-to-market strategies and experience working with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and the dental industry.
  • Content creation, writing and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making leverage data, analytics, and tools to enhance marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
