Position Overview:

As a remote full-time, on staff consumer reporting & Metro 2® subject matter expert you will be consulting on client projects to include analysis of client operational reviews and business issues. You will be responsible for hands-on data analysis, project management, development of work materials for clients (primarily in the form of presentations, documents, and spreadsheets).  You will also be responsible for developing and managing client relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data by digging deeply into the details of operational reviews, assessment matrices, and analysis of business issues.
• Document your findings and make recommendations based upon your analysis.
• Present your findings through reporting and/or presentations. 
• Participate in the development of solutions to client issues with a focus on solving problems.
• Conduct industry research and trends relative to banking regulations, compliance, and/or general trends within the banking and financial services industries.
• Create and/or contribute to thought leadership content in support of Marketing efforts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to build and grow your consulting network.
• Leverage your consulting network and experience for business development to identify new leads and sales opportunities through ongoing communication with your consulting network.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of direct experience working with Metro 2®, consumer data furnishing to consumer reporting agencies (CRAs), and credit reporting disputes
• Proven track record using your analytical abilities
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability and self-discipline to work remotely 100% of the time
• Willingness and flexibility to take initiative and adapt while moving from project to project with differing objectives
• Pending no travel restrictions, the ability to travel per client requirements which could be up to 40% of the time; travel is largely dependent upon national, local and client restrictions
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
