What You'll Do:

As the Team Lead of Sales for our Heavy Equipment vertical,  you will have the opportunity to supervise and guide a team of sales professionals while also developing your own skills as a manager through a player/coach approach. You will work closely with the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their success in selling our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team's performance, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the sales team, acting as a mentor and resource. Help team members navigate sales processes, address challenges, and maximize their performance. Serve as a subject matter expert on our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and senior leadership to execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives. Help translate broader business objectives into actionable steps for the team. Work closely with team members to ensure alignment with sales goals and targets.
  • Support the professional development of the sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and training. Help team members enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities. Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate resources.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates. Help identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps. Track individual and team progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in building and nurturing relationships with key customers and prospects. Assist in identifying customer needs and positioning our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions as the ideal solution. Support in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Foster collaboration and coordination with other departments, including marketing, product management, and customer success teams. Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing to enhance overall customer experiences and sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in sales administration tasks, such as CRM data management, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success in selling software solutions or related products. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable.
  • Strong leadership potential with a desire to develop into a managerial role. Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others, fostering a positive team environment. Previous experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and solution selling methodologies. Familiarity with the order-to-cash or financial technology industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders. Confidence in delivering presentations and conducting sales meetings.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs. Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills and knowledge. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate cooperation across different departments.
  • Prior experience selling into the Heavy Equipment vertical a plus

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
