We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented student to join our Technical Documentation team with a focus on Documentation Operations (DocOps) for a 12-month placement. This unique role is designed for those who love to dive deep into the technical details, have a knack for clear and concise communication, and would enjoy the thrill of working in a fast-paced IT environment.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our software development and IT teams. You’ll have the chance to create high-quality technical documentation that will drive our products and services forward. But that’s not all! You’ll also have an opportunity to get hands-on experience in software development and IT operations.
How you will work with us and what you will learn;
Participate in engaging team meetings and contribute your ideas to assist with our DocOps teams. Your input will help us create and apply new methods to drive our progress.
Work closely with managers, engineers, and other important team members to understand our product’s features and functionalities.
Learn the art of documentation technologies for version control, continuous integration, and deployment. Use knowledge of programming languages and software development tools to automate processes.
Engage in stimulating team discussions and play an important role in the development and implementation of our DocOps strategies. Your insights will help us navigate the exciting landscape of Documentation Operations.
