ANM Cube is a startup with a strong leadership team, It focuses on helping the HR Managers to save time on their volume hiring initiatives. ANM Cube specializes in fresh and young professional hiring and provides an Assessment Platform, that can be used by companies to screen their internal database of job applicants or the candidatures provided by ANM Cube through their relationships with multiple educational institutions and open market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle both ends of the recruitment spectrum - Corporates and Educational Institutions.
  • Responsible for establishing, developing, and nurturing strong relationships with corporates to generate demand for mass-hiring of fresh talent.
  • Getting new job opportunities from new customers, Understand and Defining the ideal job description to meet the Client’s requirements, and encourage them to subscribe to ANM Cube’s Assessment Platform.
  • Onboarding Educational Institutions for campus hiring to fulfill market demand. Should be able to create and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor for job applicants. Screen, assess, and select the best Talents with a start-up mindset
  • Ensure a positive Talent experience throughout the hiring process and counsel candidates for a successful placement process till joining.
  • Work closely with the Client to ensure a complete satisfactory onboarding process.
  • Should be able to use social media to promote and generate leads for recruitment products. Must be good at using job boards, LinkedIn and other social and Database tools.
  • Should be able to work with different TA technology tools like ATS or CRM, Psychometric assessments, technical assessments, video interviewing platforms, onboarding tools, HM & Candidate survey tools.
  • MIS and reporting on CRM 



Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

·       Ability to negotiate and challenge the status quo.

·       1-3 years of relevant Expert in Tech and Non tech recruiting

·       Bachelor degree in Sales, Management or Human Resources

·       While its most of Tele-calling and video calls  but should be willing to Travel in the designated region/city
