Job description

Location:  Michigan, New Jersey, Kentucky, Charlotte, NC or Suwanee, GA

 

Overview:

Must speak & write English & Mandarin fluently. Responsible for driving the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of our Kitchen appliance product lines. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our appliances in the market.


Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis: 

    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings in the Kitchen appliance industry.
    • Use insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.

    Roadmap Planning:  

      • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
      • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and resource constraints.

      Product Development:

      • Initiate new product development based on roadmap planning.
      • Lead cross-functional-teams engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
      • Prepare Business Case, including revenues, quantities, selling point, profitability, investment, ROI.
      • Drive the development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

      Launch and Go-to-Market:

      • Develop go-to-market strategies and plans for new product launches.
      • Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement activities.

      Performance Monitoring:

      • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of appliance products.
      • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

       

      Requirements/Qualifications:

      • Must speak & write English & Mandarin fluently.
      • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
      • 5+ years of proven experience in product management in the Kitchen appliance Industry.
      • Strong understanding of Kitchen appliance products, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
      • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
      • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
      • Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
