Your missions

Pyramid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management information systems, computer science/engineering, systems engineering, or a related field. The Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for leading technical functions for large, complex information technology systems and ensuring their successful integration and operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical planning, design, and implementation of complex IT systems.
Integrate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in a cloud environment.
Oversee the development and implementation of ERP platforms or equivalent Financial Management Systems (FMS)/Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Act as a Systems Engineer/Architect throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Communicate technical ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Independently determine and develop innovative approaches to complex problems.
Obtain and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) Accreditation for systems.
Manage integration efforts for programs of similar scope and complexity.

Required Qualifications

5 year experience as a Systems Engineer/Architect with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience integrating ERPs in a cloud environment.
Proven experience with ERP platforms or equivalent FMS/TMS systems.
Strong ability to understand and communicate technical ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions independently.
Significant experience with obtaining and maintaining RMF Accreditation.
Demonstrated integration experience with programs of similar scope
