特に、川口春奈さんのCMでもおなじみの「メガ割」は、Z世代を中心に爆発的な人気を誇ります。

■本ポジションの役割と目的：
Qoo10の新規事業であるQmartの成長を担っていただける優秀なバイヤーを求めております。 
Qmart内の取り扱い商品（ビューティー/コスメ、日用消耗品）を拡大すべく、新規仕入れ先（メーカー、卸業者）の開拓、及び、既存仕入れ先との折衝が主な役割です。
Qmartの円滑な倉庫管理（受注、商品管理、発送）、適正な運営のため、倉庫運営会社との折衝も重要な役割の一つです。
【Qmartとは】Qoo10が厳選し仕入れた商品を販売するマートです。Qoo10自身がセラーとして販売する特設ページで、2023年12月にオープンしました。

■職務内容：
・新規仕入れ先の開拓（卸/メーカー、営業対象は日本国内のメーカー・卸）
・既存仕入れ先との販促企画、在庫、価格交渉
・倉庫運営会社との折衝(倉庫管理)

■必須経験：
即戦力となる方を募集しているため、必須条件は下記の通りです：
・メーカー、卸、小売り業での仕入れバイヤー経験
・社会人経験3年以上
・1社の在籍期間1年以上
・Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPointの使用経験

■以下のご経験は必須ではありませんが、お持ちの方は優遇します：
・コスメ/ビューティー商品の仕入れバイヤー経験
・メーカーや商社、取引先との折衝経験
・倉庫管理経験（在庫管理、商品管理を含む）

■求めている人物像：
・社内外の対人関係(コミニケーション)を大切に出来る方。
・目標達成意識が高く、自分の目標に対し責任感/危機感を持って働ける方。
・目標に対する「効率」「優先順位」「スピード感」を特に意識して働ける方。
・求められる期待に応えようとする意識が強く、期待を喜び/モチベーションに変え働く原動力とすることが出来る方。

■学歴：
特に問わず社会経験を重視します。

・週2日在宅勤務・週3日オフィス勤務となります。未就学児のお子様がいる場合は、一定の条件下で週3日在宅勤務が可能です。フルリモート勤務オプションはありませんので、ご注意ください。
・遠方にお住いの方は東京オフィス近郊に転居が必要となります（転居費用自己負担）。
・時差出勤制度を導入しています。始業時間7:00～10:00、終業時間16:00～19:00の間で毎日に選択できます。
・選考対象は現在日本国内在住の方のみとさせていただいております。
・外国籍の場合、就労資格を既にお持ちの方に限らせていただきます。就労資格を確認させていただきます。
・入社の際はバックグラウンドチェックを受けていただきます。
