We are looking for the head of the customer research team. The team is responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative market and customer research, disseminating the findings to stakeholders, and conducting activities that promote service and product changes based on the insights gained.

Current team composition - CX researcher, UX researcher, Research ops. The team's native languages are English and Russian, and intra-team communication is in English.

The team conducts in-depth interviews, UX testing and audits, market research, user behavior analysis on internal data, workshops based on research results, and facilitation sessions to form aspiration-to-be processes or products. The main research markets are Europe, the USA, and Latin America. Objects of change: digital products and service processes (sales, onboarding, ongoing support)

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with C-level stakeholders to develop an understanding of the situation in the company and prioritize areas for research and change
  • Communicate with M-level to understand problems in related departments and monitor the implementation of changes
  • Communicate constantly communication with the CPO (direct supervisor) to synchronize current activities and strategic plans
  • Launch and manage research projects, utilizing team resources as well as external contractors
  • Present research results at the C-level, facilitating discussions on results. Generate concrete solutions or action lists
  • Developing and promoting customer-centricity within the company, by demonstrating the results that are achieved through customer focus in the company
  • Managing and developing the team, conducting 1 on 1, conducting annual assessments, and tracking employee progress
  • Attending events to build personal connections with customers and gain insight

  • Minimum Candidate Requirements:
  • 8 years of overall experience in the client research field
  • 4 years of experience in research project management
  • Experience in managing own research teams for 2 years
  • Knowledge of English at least C1 level - written and spoken
  • Experience working in companies with digital products 
  • Successful cases of implementation of research results into the company's products and business processes
  • Personal experience in organizing and conducting internal workshops and sessions to stimulate discussions on research results and formulate actions to change the situation
  • Experience in team management, and building horizontal and vertical relationships in the company. Building long-term relationships with clients to conduct research
  • High level of hard skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods

  • Would be an advantage:
  • Experience in customer experience research in a B2B environment
  • Experience in fintech companies with an understanding of why compliance and security are such important components of a company
  • Successful personal experience conducting research in English language
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and using it as a means of payment, not just an investment
  • Proven research cases with monetized effectiveness 
  • Research experience in the US and Eurpoean markets
  • Knowledge of Russian language
  • Possesses successful cases of applying design thinking, service design, JTBD approach and can tell us about them
  • Possesses collaboration spaces (Miro), interview processing and insight management services (Condens), task managers (Jira), knowledge library (Confluence)
