Exusia, Inc., a cutting-edge data and information management consulting firm, seeks a self-starter to join our Global Efficiency practice in our Pune office as Analyst - Global Operations, depending on experience and capability.


This position will be reporting into Operations Leadership and the candidate will be responsible for optimizing the Operations Administration vertical of the firm. In this capacity, as an Analyst you will work closely with the Operations leadership team to evaluate and execute key Operations Administration and strategic initiatives and functions for the business and interact directly with clients, employees, and vendors globally.


What’s the Role?

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating new employee onboarding, supporting employee relations activities, organizing training and development initiatives, maintaining HR databases, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.


 ·       Assist in day to day HR operations including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management and maintaining employee records.

·       Coordinate with NGOs for various collaborative initiatives and programs, including volunteering opportunities and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.

·       Demonstrate interest or previous experience in college activities related to CSR or volunteering work.

·       Support administrative tasks such as arranging travel itineraries, conducting vendor research, preparing budget and procurements, and coordinating with the IT team for logical access setup etc.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.

·       Aid in organizing events, meetings, and training sessions.

·       Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.

·       Contribute to special projects as assigned by HR leadership.

·       Coordinating with different teams – HR, Finance, IT, Legal to carry out activities

·       Review and maintain records and submit monthly reports to stakeholders

·       Facilitating adhoc client or leadership visits

 


Requirements

Criteria for the Role!

·       Holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

·       Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

·       Previous experience or coursework related to HR operations, CSR, or volunteering is advantageous.

·       Familiarity with travel planning tools and vendor management systems is a plus.

·       Flexible and adaptable to work in global time zones as and when work demands
