Position Summary:

SmartClout Media LLC is searching for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our innovative team at our office on Kent Island, Maryland. This part-time, hybrid/remote position is designed for students or recent graduates eager to embark on a comprehensive journey through the entire sales cycle in the digital marketing sector. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll participate in every facet of the sales process, from initial lead generation and client prospecting to supporting deal closures and managing post-sale client relationships. Under the guidance of our Managing Director, you will gain hands-on experience in crafting sales strategies, preparing impactful presentations, analyzing market trends, and coordinating project implementations. This role not only offers the flexibility to complement your academic schedule but also provides a unique platform to significantly develop your professional skills in a dynamic startup environment. Your Role Involves:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events to identify and qualify leads.
  • Sales Support: Aid in crafting compelling presentations and proposals to engage potential clients.
  • Client Management: Work alongside our Account Executive to ensure existing clients receive stellar service, focusing on maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, conduct competitor analyses, and gauge potential customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and present reports tracking sales activities and outcomes, offering vital insights for strategic planning.
  • Project Coordination: Support the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects, upholding standards of excellence and meeting deadlines.

Additional Details:
  • Part-time, 1099, at-will employment
  • Approximately 8 to 16 hours per week
  • Hybrid / remote 


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently finished an academic degree related to Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
