Your missions

Position Overview:

In this Patient Account Sales Account Manager (PSAM) role, you will be supporting potential patients across the last phase of the sales funnel & prepare them for their procedure at BEWL. You will be responsible for managing the pre-procedure process for your patients including (but not limited to) addressing key procedure questions, collecting deposits, scheduling the procedure, managing the pre-procedure assistants, and ensuring all potential patients are ready by their procedure day.

A successful PSAM will use strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills to build and maintain relationships with patients and guide them across the finish line to complete their procedures. Additionally, a high-functioning PSAM will delegate key workstreams to assistants to complete all pieces of the pre-procedure process in a timely manner and ensure patients have a clear, streamlined path to their procedure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Run best-in-class sales process in which you provide potential patients with additional information and/or resources to drive hesitant prospects to continue in the process and minimize cancellations
  • Proactively pursue, support, and convert all potential patients to our industry-leading weight loss offers; work to maximize conversions to the best of your ability
  • Work with potential patients to confirm procedure scheduling, handle deposits, and support handling of financing and medical paperwork for their procedure over ~2-6+ weeks
  • Answer and/or triage all questions from potential patients; as needed, develop materials (e.g., FAQs) to more easily address complex questions in the future
  • Manage and oversee PSAM assistants to ensure all potential patients are properly supported in a timely manner (e.g., paperwork, administrative tasks)
  • Work with out-of-state patients to review instructions for day of, post-discharge, and 24 hours after for follow-up (e.g., hotels, chaperones)

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • 3-5+ years experience in a sales or client-facing role (e.g., customer support, account management)
  • Robust organizational skills to track ongoing processes and next steps across dozens of patients
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure post-consult processes are completed efficiently
  • Work and act with integrity and a high degree of autonomy & self-sufficiency

Preferred:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Professional certificates & qualifications
