Patient Consultant - Weight Loss: Eindhoven / Remote NL (m/f/d) at Weight Doctors

Are you ready to support someone through a life changing journey? As a Patient Consultant, you accompany patients through their experience with the Weight Doctors – beginning with the initial contact, continuing to their treatment day and through to their post-treatment support.

We're looking for a Patient Consultant based either at Waalre or remote (Netherlands or Germany only) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out consultations - listening and understanding our patient needs and delivering a treatment recommendation;
  
• Prepare the patient for their Weight Doctors treatment;
• Ensure patient wellbeing before, during and after their treatment;
• Treatment planning, documentation and medical compliance;
• Host the patient on their treatment day;
• Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors and surgeons throughout pre-and-post treatment; and
• Travel to clinic locations as required.

What you bring:

• Completed tertiary education. A background in nutrition, health sciences, or psychology is beneficial but not essential.
• Proven customer service experience with both online and face-to-face interaction
• Previous professional experience in the healthcare or fitness industry is preferred
• Native Dutch speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent language skills in either German or English required.

Useful information:

• Based in Waalre (Eindhoeven) or remote in Netherlands or Germany. Option to work from our HQ in Düsseldorf or Dortmund (Germany) if preferred.
