Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with other designers, senior graphic designers, and the Head of Production to ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Mid/senior will also be expected to support/lead on QA.
• Continuously develop and refine design skills and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with clients and team members throughout the design process.
• Ensuring all projects are completed to Tone's high standards, while also performing the brand guardian role across specific accounts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Working towards and maintaining Advanced level Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Professional and experiential knowledge of design principles, including colour theory, typography, layout and motion.
• Professional experience of video editing and animation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to log time accurately and in real-time
