Job Purpose:

  • We are looking for a talented Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, sales environment. This position involves taking incoming calls from customers looking to book rail holiday packages across North America, Australia and beyond. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and will be expected to follow up with customers regularly to maximize lead potential.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be located within the western regions of the United States.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide an excellent experience on calls with our travelers to drive customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets, performance goals and all key metrics.
  • Consistently communicate and build relationships with all of our clients and passengers.
  • Motivated and disciplined to succeed in a remote work environment.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements through questioning and active listening.
  • Provide suggestions, prices, and book clients on domestic and international rail packages.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Participate in weekly team trainings plus one on one coaching.
  • Advise travel agents and clients concerning sales specials and promotions.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
