Position: 18604995104 - Paid Ads Analyst
Working Hours/Shift: M-F; must be amenable to work on US Eastern Standard Time
Salary: $1500 USD

Tasks:

  • Collaborate in identifying target audiences and planning media campaigns to align with strategic objectives.
  • Propose optimizations based on data analysis to enhance Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare and adjust advertising schedules as needed to respond to performance data and market conditions.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Implement and manage A/B tests to continuously refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and other variables to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Conduct keyword research to identify profitable keywords that align with the company's products and campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as an Ads Analyst, Media Buyer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google & Microsoft Ads especially using their bulk editing tool
  • Experience performing keyword research
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
