Membership Operations Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the NSTC's membership program, focusing on operational excellence, data management, and reporting, ensuring the smooth running of membership processes and providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making.
Every day, you will oversee membership application, renewal, and onboarding processes, develop and maintain membership reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to support membership growth and retention initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in membership management or a similar role, advanced proficiency in CRM/AMS systems, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

The Membership Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of NSTC's membership program, directly contributing to the organization's mission of fostering collaboration and driving innovation in the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities
Implement, manage and optimize the association's CRM/AMS (Customer Relationship Management/Association Management System)
Oversee membership application, renewal, and onboarding processes
Develop and maintain membership reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the Director of Membership Engagement to support membership growth and retention initiatives
Collaborate with the accounting team to manage membership billing and payment processes
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the membership database
Develop and document standard operating procedures for membership operations
Provide technical support and training to staff on CRM/AMS usage
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of membership data across the organization and its systems
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in membership management or similar role
Advanced proficiency in CRM/AMS systems (e.g., Salesforce, iMIS, or similar)
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Association management experience preferred
