LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job title: Marketing Administrator

Salary range: 900-1600 USD per month (the salary will depend on the result of the interviews, assessments, and client's approval)

Schedule: 2PM CT - 10 PM CT


Overview of the Role:

The Marketing Administrator is someone who works with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure all materials are published with complete accuracy, in a timely manner, and in accordance with all requirements. This person has a hands-on role, making direct contributions to each of our listings, and ensuring each listing is marketed in a way that meets the high demands of our clients. The Marketing Administrator takes the initiative to ensure these expectations are met daily.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily/weekly planning and communication with supervisor
  • Effectively creates all proposal and off-market flier packages
  • Creates the backbone on Offering Memorandums
  • Assists with the creation of eBlasts
  • Updating timelines in Monday.com software
  • Update previous marketing materials with current market information.

Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least a year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Computer and phone availability with access to a secondary screen, mouse, and keyboard

Ideal:

  • Previous marketing and data entry experience is helpful but not required
  • Photoshop experience
  • Hours can be negotiated
  • Desire for added responsibilities (including: photoshop, Canva/InDesign, social media scheduling)
