ERP Specialist (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes to support ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Lead ERP projects for the organization from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation support.
• Configure and customize the ERP system to fit the business's requirements and needs.
• Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly, and solve any problems that arise quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the ERP system is in line with IT policies and procedures.
• Develop training and support materials for end-users for ongoing support and maintenance of the system.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.
• Excellent experience in project management, specifically leading ERP-related projects.
• Knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work with international teams in different time zones.
