Job description

Position: Digital Marketer/PPC Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (UK time)

Salary Range: 900 - 1500 USD/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective PPC strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to reach potential customers effectively.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, bid strategies, and placements to ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights on campaign effectiveness, utilizing analytics to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Create, test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and calls to action (CTAs) to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with PPC and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain and grow our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the founder to build a strategy for SEO, content & social media to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role, focusing on Google and Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce campaigns in the US and UK markets.
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant PPC tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies that drive online sales.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data driven with a creative spark, you will be responsible for coming up with new creatives regularly
