Position: HubSpot Customer Transformation Agent

Working Hours: Availability to get on calls with customers & team members Monday through Friday between 7am PT and 11am PT or between 3pm and 5pm ET

Salary Range: $2,500 USD/month

Type of contract: Independent contractor

Scope of the Role 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a HubSpot Customer Transformation Agent. As a specialist in HubSpot, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the transformation of our clients' businesses through effective communication, problem-solving, and expert knowledge of the HubSpot platform.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the HubSpot platform to guide clients in optimizing their use of HubSpot tools and features.
  • Client Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their business needs, identify pain points, and provide tailored solutions using HubSpot.
  • Consultative Approach: Take a consultative approach with clients, asking probing questions to uncover underlying issues and recommending solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and obstacles, leveraging HubSpot functionalities to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage HubSpot deliverables and projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and meeting delivery due dates.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal team members to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the HubSpot platform, continuously enhancing your expertise to better serve our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with HubSpot, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover client needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
