It was founded in 1947 on the campus of the University of Illinois and was reimagined in 2015 with an office in downtown Chicago and a production facility in Urbana, Il where the company handles all of its production and fulfillment.

We are seeking a motivated Creative Account Manager, to join our dynamic NIL team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting college athletes, managing client relationships, and driving sales through the design of custom apparel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring athlete success and expanding our athlete network. Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and support college athletes throughout the partnership process, including contract management and proposal development.
  • Design and launch custom apparel products for athletes, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage e-commerce accounts, actively growing the number of athletes and custom product sales.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with athletes, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with licensing and university partnership teams to ensure compliance and maximize athlete opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, college sports regulations, and athlete marketing practices.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through innovative ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Background in design and sales, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant software.
  • Strong client relationship management and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the college sports landscape.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in the apparel industry or working with college athletes is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
