Job description


Um das größte offene Smart-Locker-Netzwerk in Österreich weiter auszubauen, benötigen wir ein starkes Operations Team, welches für die Besichtigung, Errichtung und den Betrieb der MYFLEXBOX Standorte verantwortlich ist. In deiner Rolle als Junior Project Manager unterstützt Du das Projektteam maßgeblich bei der technischen Realisierung unserer Smart Locker Standorte. 


Dein Anteil an der Mission:

  • Angebotseinholung und Beauftragung von Dienstleistern (Baufirmen, Elektrounternehmen u.ä.)
  • Terminabstimmungen mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Support bei der technischen Planung und Koordination
  • Erstellung von standardisierten Ausführungsplänen
  • Aufbereitung für Partnerpräsentationen
  • Datenpflege und Prozessoptimierung
  • Mitgestaltung bei Struktur- und Prozessentwicklung
