Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to create a single-account experience for customers within our B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity management and customer data, and previous success in identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for customer accounts and data. Align this vision with the overall business goals and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

  • User Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of customers' accounts experience. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements.

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer accounts and data.

  • Identity Management Expertise: Proven experience working with customer accounts and data.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities. Experience with data integration and API usage is a plus.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B technology company.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience.
