We are seeking a reliable and customer-service-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide phone, email, and text message support to our mobility scooter rental business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers with inquiries about scooter rentals.
  • Assist customers with booking scooter rentals, processing payments, and scheduling deliveries and pickups.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to customer questions about scooter operation, rental policies, and local attractions.
  • Send reminder emails to customers about upcoming return dates and charging instructions.
  • Collaborate with delivery drivers using a designated mobile application to manage deliveries and track locations.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and rental details within our CRM software (CheckFront).
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service (preferably via phone)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
