Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills in both Ukrainian and English, who can effectively partner with leadership and employees. The HRBP will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, supporting talent management processes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR support to achieve them.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Work closely with the L&D Center of Excellence (COE) as part of the wider L&D philosophy and offering.
    • Collaborate with the Manager to provide insights, advice, and support on HR-related matters to enhance team performance and individual growth.
    • Identify training needs and development opportunities for team members, providing insights to L&D for tailoring and coordination of learning programs.
  • Performance Process & Employee Relations:
    • Facilitate and assist with the performance review process alongside Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and local leadership.
    • Work with the C&B to ensure transparent data supports local leadership teams in performance decision-making.
    • Assist the Manager in implementing performance improvement plans, providing support and resources to help team members meet performance expectations.
    • Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration.
  • Talent & Succession Planning:
    • Collaborate with the Resource Management Office (RMO) and upper management to assess the team's current and future talent needs.
    • Develop workforce plans with local leadership and RMO to ensure the right people with the right skills are available for project assignments.
    • Develop succession plans for key roles with local leadership to ensure smooth transitions during periods of turnover or promotion.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Support the recruitment and selection process with the Manager/People Leader, defining job requirements and interviewing candidates.
    • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, working with workplace operations and facilities as part of the employee lifecycle.
  • People Data & Analytics:
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve team effectiveness.
    • Work with the People, Talent & Analytics (PT&A) COE to track key KPIs and people-related metrics.
  • Engagement & Wellbeing:
    • Drive employee engagement with local management, including managing the employee survey and resulting action plans.
    • Ensure employee wellbeing is a regular part of support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and general touchpoints.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
    • Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor/commercial code in Ukraine.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a multinational organization.
    • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
