Description of Duties

Conducting statewide program and information system analysis.
Assisting in the implementation of enforcement orders.
Coordinating licensed setting inspections and meetings with licensing staff.
Overseeing the fines management system and conducting onsite inspections.
Coordinating referrals and criminal investigations with law enforcement agencies.
Reviewing incident reports and assigning priority levels for complaints.
Designing and conducting research studies relating to licensed settings.
Assisting in data entry and data analysis.
Generating weekly and monthly reports using data collection methods.
Ensuring data integrity through regular monitoring of database systems.
Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending revisions to policies and regulations.
Coordinating information technology applications to support program operations.
Providing guidance, direction, and technical support to staff in the office.

Requirements

Educational Requirements / Relevant Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a Health or Human services related course of study (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician, EMT) OR
Associates Degree in a Health or Human Services related course of study AND 2 years’ experience in the field OR
Minimum of one year of experience in a health or human services related field demonstrating an ability to perform the description of duties and essential functions.
