Our client, a leading global IT consulting company, is recruiting for a Softeon Tech Lead to join their business in Poland.

Position Title:	Softeon Tech Lead
Position Type:	1 Year FTE
Start Date:	ASAP
Location:	Poland

Responsibilities / Job Description:

Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience.
Expert knowledge in Softeon WMS Inbound/Outbound Integrations.
Good understanding of baseline Softeon WMS processes – Including Inbound, warehouse management, pick/pack, inventory mgmt. outbound processes.
Facilitate or participate in meetings with Business, IT & Operations teams.
Hands-on experience on application testing, troubleshooting and documentation activities.
Participates in defining and developing technical specifications to meet systems’ requirements
Integration with ERP, Middleware & with different message format

Job Duties:

Define the Scope and specifications of the project
Prioritize the activities in sequence / Preparation of WBS
Planning & Scheduling (Timelines) After finalizing WBS
Remove bottlenecks in achieving the targets
Collaborate with various Customer stakeholders, Team members and participate in signed off requirements and “buy-in” for other activities they are assigned or required to approve them
High energy, self-motivated, should able to accomplish project goals
