Your missions

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead our ServiceNow development initiatives. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions to elevate our IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and architect robust ServiceNow solutions.

Development Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Advanced Customization: Perform advanced customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules, addressing intricate ITSM processes.

Integration Expertise: Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with diverse systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Workflow Automation: Design and implement intricate workflow rules, business rules, and UI policies to automate and optimize ITSM processes.

CMDB Management: Drive the enhancement and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate and up-to-date configuration data.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards to provide in-depth insights into ITSM performance and trends.

Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in successful ServiceNow implementation and user adoption.

Upgrade Management: Stay informed about ServiceNow upgrades, lead version upgrade initiatives, and apply best practices to ensure smooth transitions.

Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for
