We are looking for talented and self-motivated Salesforce Consultants, technical &
functional.

For Technical Salesforce engineers, you will be responsible for:
• Salesforce Development and Customization: Develop custom solutions and
interfaces on the
Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other
Salesforce
technologies. Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, workflows,
and
approval processes.
• Systems Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and
applications using
various APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Data Management and Analytics: Manage data import, data cleansing,
deduplication, and data maintenance activities. Develop and maintain dashboards
and reports to track key
business metrics.
• Technical Leadership and Project Management: Lead technical aspects of
Salesforce
projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-
functional
teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• User Training and Support: Train end-users on new features and functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and
functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Quality Assurance and Documentation: Ensure quality of deliverables through
rigorous testing and code review practices. Document system configurations and
technical processes.
For Functional Salesforce consultants, you will be responsible for:
• Salesforce Configuration and Management: Configure and manage the Salesforce
platform,
including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process
builders, validation rules, and reports.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand
business

requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Analyze
business
processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
• User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for Salesforce end-users and
provide
ongoing support. Assist users in understanding new features and functionalities.
• Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity in Salesforce. Manage data
imports,
exports, and data updates. Implement best practices for data management and
governance.
• Collaboration with Technical Team: Collaborate with technical team members for
advanced
customizations requiring coding or integrations. Ensure that functional configurations
align
with the technical architecture.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of Salesforce
functionalities,
including user acceptance testing. Ensure that solutions meet business requirements
and are
free from defects.
• Documentation: Document system configurations, processes, and training
materials.
Maintain updated documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new Salesforce features and
functionalities.
Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
Job requirements
For Technical Salesforce Consultants:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce
architecture and design.
• Proficient in Salesforce development languages and tools (Apex, Visualforce,
Lightning Components, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API’s.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are
highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
For Technical Salesforce Consultants:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related
field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and its functional capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with
various stakeholders.

Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
What will the process look like?
• Application: you will submit an online application form, which will take a couple of
mins to complete.
• Test: you will take a 45 min online test to evaluate your skills
• Technical interview: there will be functional interview to complete the vetting
process
• Final interview: the end-client will interview you to assess culture fit before making
the final decision.
