Job Description:

Design, develop, and implement data models, workflows, match and merge rules, data quality validations, and other components using the Semarchy platform.
Customize and configure the Semarchy xDM platform to align with specific business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate Semarchy solutions into existing systems and applications.
Optimize data governance processes and data quality through effective utilization of Semarchy features.
Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of Semarchy applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies, especially related to the Semarchy platform.
Participate in code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
