Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Salesforce technical team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design and develop scalable and robust solutions using Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and implementation guides.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and leverage new features and functionalities to enhance the existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 15-20 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
