Poyesis (www.poyesis.fr) is a Paris-based web and mobile development agency, assisting our clients (French startups, SMEs & large companies) in creating tailor-made digital projects. 

Poyesis was co-founded by two engineers from Ecole Polytechnique, with strong experience in web / mobile development and project management (former startup CTO & lead developer + former Manager at Boston Consulting Group). 

We are growing very fast : we have built a team of 35 in only 2 years.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital products, including SaaS applications and mobile apps, by conducting thorough user testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand the functionality and requirements of our digital products
  • Create and execute test plans and test cases to identify and document any defects or usability issues
  • Report and track defects using our bug tracking system and communicate with the development team to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and have not re-emerged
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA testing and user experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of quality in our products
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • A passion for technology and a keen eye for detail
