Overview: 

Qsight, a division of Guidepoint, is looking to hire a proven Vice President of Sales to expand the client base of our fast-growing medical Aesthetics practice. This role will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, reaching out to these prospects, and converting them into new clients.   

Qsight’s Aesthetics division provides unique data solutions and insights to medical Aesthetics manufacturers and practices. Aesthetic services include energy-based devices, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and high-end skincare. We are the market leader at delivering point-of-sales data to our rapidly expanding client base.

We are looking for an aggressive and market-focused sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets on a successive basis. A track-record in selling data and analytics services is essential. 

This position can be remote. Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working EST hours.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a working knowledge of the Aesthetics industry and the data products offered by Qsight
  • Understand and communicate to clients how our data can be used to improve the performance of their business
  • Identify top-tier new business opportunities based on strategic business objectives and financial targets
  • Meet designated sales targets using a strategic and thoughtful sales process designed to partner with clients and build a long-term client relationship
  • Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, outreach, demos, contract negotiation, deal closing, and onboarding
  • Provide the Qsight product team with market feedback and insights, which can be used to improve the value of our product portfolio
  • Represent Qsight’s values, our industry experience, and our dedication to clients

What You Have:

  • 10 to 15 years as a sales professional
  • A proven track record as a sales professional, exceeding sales targets in a wide range of environments; comfortable with a sales quota/target 
  • Enjoy finding new sales opportunities, identifying the right point of contact at a potential client, and communicating to secure new business
  • Have used sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and are well versed in how to use Salesforce to improve the efficiency of your efforts
  • Familiarity with data and analytics and how prospective clients can use both to improve the performance of their business
  • While experience selling into the Aesthetics industry is not a requirement, sales roles in consumer research, health and beauty, or medical/pharmaceutical data is a plus
  • Excellent communicator, capable of handling high-profile clients
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; scrappy

What We Offer:

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an uncapped commission based on performance. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
