Your missions

Be in the center of it, instead of just being there! As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) / Account Manager (m/f/d), you will lead our sellers to success and play a key role in the establishment, development and growth of our company.

For this position it's necessary that you speak Flemish/Dutch and English.

For our location in Tongeren, Belgium (hybrid) or Germany (remote) we are looking for you as soon as possible as: Customer Success Manager Marketplace (m/f/d) Belgium / Account Manager Marketplace (m/f/d) Belgium.

It is desired that you come to Cologne 1x/month for the team day.

Your tasks

  • You are part of the central platform team and play a key role in driving marketplace activities in our Belgian market.

  • You are constantly in touch with your partners and develop strategies to support and optimize performance

  • You are the first point of contact for your partners in case of questions

  • You create regular analyses based on all relevant KPIs to ensure target achievement

  • You continuously monitor and improve partner satisfaction and the customer experience

  • You have a sense for new market developments and show the partner possible market opportunities

Your profile

  • You have business fluent written and spoken Dutch skills

  • Knowledge of French is an advantage

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business, marketing or e-commerce and/or a comparable professional qualification

  • You already have experience in the marketplace or e-commerce sector

  • You have strategic thinking skills and ideally experience in the healthcare sector

  • You have very good time management skills

  • You are not afraid of working with data and figures

  • You are willing to take on responsibility and are enthusiastic about marketplaces

  • You are a strong communicator and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Good written and spoken German and/or English skills complete your profile
