Production Support Team Lead - Second Shift

Location Details:  Remote

Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM

Compensation: This position has a standard pay range of $21-23 per hour.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY: 

As a member of the Production Support Team, our Production Support Team Lead is responsible for monitoring, assisting, and coaching the Production Support Representatives while acting as an additional resource for Sales Support Representatives and Field Sales Pros. This team responds to order inquiries by tracking internal orders, ensuring orders are meeting customers in-hand dates, investigating inventory issues, problem solving order delays all while keeping the Sales Support Representative and Field Sales Pro informed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Assist the Production Support team by being a subject matter expert and giving guidance as needed.
• Take care of inbound inquiries by providing FIRST CLASS customer service.
• Provide status updates for sales orders to Sales Support Representatives and Field Sales Pros.
• Resolve and respond to escalated situations, issues and inquiries brought to us by the internal production and warehouse teams.
• Continually follow up with internal facilities on tasks and inquiries that require resolution until complete.
• Ensure the team is meeting quality standards and set KPIs with continued coaching.
• Work with internal teams as their point of contact for order changes when necessary.
• Send professional emails that are organized, clear, and informative.
• Create an engaging environment for the team through team meetings and other creative content as requested.
• Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
