That’s where you come in! We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Implementation Services Manager to lead our implementation team and ensure the successful deployment of Kalderos’s SaaS-based products to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying SaaS-based products, a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, experience in the pharma/340B space and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

This role will ensure customers have a positive onboarding experience through excellent customer service, providing support for our customers, product and technical teams. They will also lead onboarding process improvement efforts to enable Kalderos to scale effectively.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of the Technical Implementation Services team, you will work alongside our most valuable customers through the planning and execution of Kalderos products. You'll also be responsible for establishing new implementation standards for new products. You'll work closely with our Product and technical teams to understand the product and the data workflows (EDI 844, 845 and 849).

  • Lead technical implementations of Kalderos’s SaaS based products
  • Work closely with customer’s technical, business, finance and treasury teams
  • Hold the customer and the Kalderos teams accountable for ensuring that you can deliver the products in the time frame that was agreed to
  • Build and follow SOPs to ensure that Kalderos can deliver a consistent product and client experience
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams on enhancements.
  • Build out internal and external KPIs to measure performance
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining customer relationships
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in administering and/or implementing SaaS/cloud-based products and services
  • 5+ years in Healthcare, pharmaceutical business lines
  • Strong project management skills with ability to effectively handle multiple escalations and priorities at once
  • High level of proficiency with an office suite (such as Google for Business Applications or Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with data manipulation / data analysis using Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
  • Proven track record of establishing oneself as a strategic trusted advisor to industry-leading customers
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to varying audiences with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate via virtual meeting and collaboration software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret product utilization data and customer requirements, to help drive adoption and ROI
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal direction
  • A sense of timeliness and urgency to address issues and resolve them expeditiously
  • High standards for excellence and strict adherence to policies, controls, procedures, and timelines
Set Yourself Apart:
  • Advanced degree in pharmacy, life science, healthcare administration, or accounting 
  • Experience with the 340B program and/or the Medicaid Drug Rebate program (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, PBMs, state/federal agencies)
  • Working knowledge of retail pharmacy and/or hospital pharmacy billing systems
  • Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
