Mechanic Assistant

Our mission is to support and enable the makers who fuel the pursuit of musical expression. We are currently searching for an exceptional Mechanic Assistant to join our team in Corona, CA.

The Mechanic Assistant for Maintenance will assist maintenance mechanics when repairing or maintaining equipment and provide general upkeep of the building.

Essential Functions:

• Help assist the maintenance mechanic and transfer tools/supplies to and from storage to working areas
• Clean-up the work area providing a safe working environment
• Assist with departmental moves and setup for meetings, conferences and events including moving necessary furniture, equipment and supplies
• Perform light preventative maintenance including installing lights or applying paint. Operate forklifts to move supplies or help other departments
• Adjust, maintain and make repairs on hand tools. May perform some custodian duties as needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred six (6) months – 1 year manufacturing experience
• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; maintain equipment and immediate work area in a clean and sanitary condition
• Handles and stores all regulated materials in compliance with company policy, state and federal regulations
• Basic computer skills
