About the right team member

As the Director of Product Management at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our product strategy and leading a best-in-class team. You’ll be responsible for driving the evolution of our leading SaaS platform for fitness and wellness SaaS.

About the role

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. 
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. 
• Ensure squad roadmaps are compelling, driving meaningful and impactful customer outcomes. 
• Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable product solutions. 
• Drive excellence across the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, prioritization, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and go-to-market

Skills & experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products or platforms. 
• Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics. 
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
• Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams. 
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership. 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions
