DevOps/Platform Engineer

In this DevOps/Platform Engineer role, you will be the subject matter expert for coordinating and managing the deployment process and support of the full lifecycle of applications in Amazon Web Services. You will understand and evaluate current application release changes to identify any potential addition or modification needs to the current SRE program.

In your first few weeks in this DevOps role, you can expect to:

• Provide subject matter expertise for third party products and utilities used to support enterprise-wide applications
• Implement and automate CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code and Pipeline as Code for Treasury Services applications within AWS GovCloud accounts
• Document and share knowledge within the DevOps and Development teams
• Ensure reusable and consistent engineering design and implementation to support cross-Treasury Services applications DevOps standards.

• 4+ years of working experience with AWS Cloud Platform technologies, infrastructure, and practices in a production environment
• Experience with CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, Canaries, DynamoDB, RDS, PostgreSQL, S3, API Gateway, Elastic Load Balancer, Athena, AWS X-Ray, SQS
