  • Respond to emergency calls, accurately gather details, and create service tickets in our management system.
  • Efficiently dispatch technicians and monitor the progress of each job, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Maintain open, professional communication with clients and team members, keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
  • During downtime, assist with lead generation and manage email outreach to potential customers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, effectively guiding them through our services and securing their business.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for taking the initiative.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
