The Role

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency client calls, gather necessary information, and create detailed service tickets.
• Dispatch service teams efficiently and track the progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and technicians, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Assist with lead generation and organizing marketing efforts during quieter periods.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, confidently guiding them towards choosing our services.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Strong communication abilities, both oral and written, with a calm approach under pressure.
• Experience in the property maintenance field is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient with computer systems and familiar with using WhatsApp for communication.
• Capable of working independently and handling high-stress situations effectively.
